Yes my dog Twinkie talks to us and she is SO funny when she does that!!! My tabby cat Sweetie goes through the house all the time calling for someone and it really does sound like she is talking!!! LOL =D

I have 3 dogs and 2 are very vocal the last will not speak on command but all will bark or grunt or growl to get your attention to go out or if someone is out front... I have 2 cats and both "meep" like made, get up in the morning and they tell you good morning, let them in they say thanks, walk in the room they say hi... all of my animals are very vocal...
