home depot and Lowes carry a product called Rust-aid. It works great! Just spray it on and the rust goes away-no scrubbing required.

Rid o rust. I used this to de rust a driveway and landscape rock stained from rust from an irrigation system. Spray it on. wait a few minutes hose it off.

Use muratic acid. It works. Be prepared to wash it down with a hose. It will bubble allot. You can get the acid at a swimming pool supply. Not very expensive. I've done it here at work. It works well.

Hydrochloric (Muriatic acid) or CLR will remove them but iron rich stones in your concrete will cause it to stain again in time.
