If yes, how often and how much when you do? What does it take to get you buzzed/drunk?
They say if you consume more than 3 alcoholic drinks in a day you are binge drinking... almost everyone I know wouldn't even consider that going out and drinking let alone getting drunk- it would be just having a few drinks casually. Most people I know have at least 5 drinks at a gathering and many don't even get a buzz until they've had at least that much.
So who are all these people getting wasted after 3 drinks?

When I drink I drink Seagram's Crown Royal. I think you are mistaken. Three drinks a day is not considered "binge drinking". In fact, it is the opposite. Binge drinking is defined as a single session of drinking until drunk. Three drinks a day may be considered alcoholism or may lead to it. Most alcoholics drink regularly without getting completely drunk.
The number of drinks at a gathering is less critical than the amount of time between them. If you drink three beers in one hour you will feel the effects. If you drink three beers in six hours you probably will not.
Drinking is not all that great. It is much more fun to not be drunk and watch the others make fools of themselves.

Alcohol drinks gives a tremendous headache,so the bartender or cocktail waitress knows when I said "the usual " ice water. My girlfriends can not social function with out getting drunk,5 or 8 strong drinks. I guess I am one of those who get wasted of 3 drinks I bet 1 drink is enough to waste me. I have no inhibition and I am a party animal,people thinks I am drunk.

Me. I'm a total lightweight with alcohol. Always was, but more so after having my daughter. If I drink 2 beers, I get buzzed. I can't have a beer with lunch because it makes me sleepy to drink in the daytime. I like whiskey sours. 2 would make me drunk.

Yes. every day. about 3-4 beers a day during the week, 5-8 on the weekends. Anywhere from 8-12 to get drunk. I have an addictive personality. I don't drink and drive anymore. I have a good relationship with my wife, kids and family. I hold down my jobs (if I don't get laid off) and I don't get abusive when drunk.... just silly, horny and tired :)

They don't mean they get drunk after 3 they mean they are an alcoholic.. But I drink a lot, every night really mostly just beer, then on the weekend we drink A LOT we party pretty hard.

LOL! Back home, a cheap drunk is known as a "cadbury"... a glass and a half!
I like to give the bottle a bit of a nudgin' on weekends....how many get me buzzed? Ohhh shyte, I don't know....but it's more than three.

i take alcohol and it takes about 4 drinks to get me dizzy.i really don't care abt the binge drinking stuff bt i think everyone shld understand their body limits.some people can't even finish a drink without getting dizzy while some like u can take 5 or more.it's all abt understanding ur body.

I only drink on occasions ( once twice yearly) I can drink one margarita and get buzzed or Ican have half a glass of vodka and be DRUNK

I drink 3-4x/week and at any one sitting I'll have 2-6 drinks, beer or wine.
