I'm 12 weeks pregnant and am wondering if I can use traumeel ointment for my painful knees. I've used it previously without any bad reactions but have not used it since I've been pregnant because I'm not sure if it's safe, I've seen some of the herbs on the contraindication lists for pregnancy, but mainly for teas and ingestion.

If you are unsure just give your doctor a call, better to be safer than sorry...when calling your doc, you will probably go through a nurse first just tell her, likely or not she can actually give you the correct answer

Yes, it's very safe and good.Use more frequently .I am sure you will benefit a lot.There's no side effect too.

i think gel/ointment will do.. but please ask your doctor about this to be safe..
