my ports dont work but it says in device mngr al is ok?

Hypothetically, anything is possible.

USB drivers are built-in to Windows, and they can become corrupted but still appear OK in the Device Manager. Malware can cause things like this, too.

Please re-post and explain exactly what you are trying to do, any error messages and anything else that would help us with your problem.

Then, we can try to help.

Do the devices that you connect through the USB port show up on the device manager? Or is the device manager telling you the USB port itself is ok?
