Well me and my girlfriend want to do it without a condom and without taking the pill, pulling out isnt safe. does this work 100%?

Spermicide is only useful in conjunction with another barrier method, such as a diaphragm.
Failing that an internal coil could be fitted in your girlfriend, but most of my friends who have tried that, said it caused cramps worse than period pain and they had it removed.

It helps, but it is NOT 100%. You need to use it with something else to increase its effectiveness.

my teacher got pregnant using that...so i dont think they are that good
