It looks like a chickadee and the same size, but has a black beak, white belly with charcoal back, wings and head.

It looks like a chickadee and the same size, but has a black beak, white belly with charcoal/black back, wings and head (no white on head). Boreal chix have white on their head, junco looks similar but has a pale beak.

I am in the Northeast and will try to include a photo soon!

I'd say eastern wood-peewee; phoebes are a little big and nuthatches too blue and long. Dark-eyed junco may be a possibility but eastern "slaty" subspecies has pale bill. See links.

Maybe an Eastern Phoebe or an Eastern Kingbird? Hard to say without a photo!

it could be a few, I only have a Michigan bird book, try googling it, or buy a bird reference guide
