I'm 18 weeks today and have been feeling heaviness here and there for a couple of weeks now. It's the baby! There are even days when the baby is positioned just right on top of my bladder, that everytime I get up to walk around, I feel that pressure and I head to the bathroom right away ;) It's normal, enjoy!

In very early pregnancy the hear rate an be below 100 and there is no negative issues. With a visible hearbeat on the ultrasound the chances of miscarriage are less than 3%. The abdomen can be sore for many reason from muscle strain to bladder infection. Miscarriage pain would be more like menstrual cramps

I am 17 weeks also and I can feel the baby moving but no heaviness! Once in a while I get a quick cramp, but I know it's just my belly growing!

i'm 22 weeks pregnant and still feel that. i started feeling it around 16-17 weeks. the flutters became this "pressure/heaviness." eventually, you'll literally feel the baby move, but for now, that's exactly what you feel!
congrats!!!

Yes, I can say that in the 4 pregnancies I have had that it is very normal. It's just your babies way of letting you know he/she is there. Not to mention it's getting CROWDED in there. Good luck and best wishes.
