Deleted Answer: u cann't marry ur cousin because it incest and it is illegal. they will arrest u or something like that. that's all i can understand. i don't understand what u r asking. go learn some english before asking this question. u need english more than a solution to ur problem.

Tell it like it is. Ive been warned too. This person wanting to marry his cousin sounds really intellegent :) lol I didnt understand his question either. I got in trouble for commenting on a very young girl saying her father is mad at her because shes pregnant with a black baby. Dont get me started again:)

I think they were referring to the "go learn some english before asking this question. u need english more than a solution to ur problem" part. Although I do completely agree with you.......it could probably be taken offensively. I don't understand that first part of the question at all...are they asking "what is the process of court marriage by legal and only whom get love marriage only by court or by legal advisor only? Heck, even if that was the question still not sure what they mean....

No it isn't rude to tell someone it is illegal and taboo to marry their cousin....but apparently the person asking the question got offended by you saying they needed to learn English....
I don't think Yahoo really looks into violations...only deletes answers or questions if there is a complaint...

Hey Lady, you're not alone in this department. I was a victim to something like this 3 wks ago and I ask Yahoo about my reply and they couldn't give me a straight answer. They only send me a copy of the guidelines saying that I have violated them. Which I don't agree with them on my reply to a question. So, I make it my business not to answer question along that line any more. Sorry, it happen to you and points was taken from you. Keep your head up and stay away from from questions that is written this way.

I just think it's kind of funny that you were telling the person they needed to learn English when your post was full of errors too.
And I believe you are fully aware of the fact that you weren't reported for telling the guy it was illegal and taboo to marry your cousin(sister), you were reported for being rude when you told the person they need to learn English and that they need English more than they need a solution to their problem.

Ther are so many communities in India alone where cousins are given preference for marriage over other girls in arranged marriages.However her age is not 18 so u cannot marry her U have to wait for one year till she attains the age of 18.YAHOOservice is to make friends not enemies. The insult of learning English was what got you in trouble.
BUT COME ON! Cry me a river original question person. You can't type English! Just because someone called you out on it, don't be a baby! I'm glad that person is unhappy.

First, it's not illegal for cousins to marry (only in some US states can first cousins not marry, all other states and countries any cousins can marry)
... and second the person may have taken offense to your comment about their English (which didn't make you look good considering you used netspeak instead of good English yourself and has some misspellings in your post...for example "u" is a letter in the alphabet, "you" is the word you should've used).

Honestly, I had to read the "question" (that you replied to) Four times. I don't know how so many people can have such poor English skills? US citizens that is. It's just flabbergasting how many people don't even TRY to spell correctly and here is the clincher, the "Spell Check" is right above the Box ?!!!!
I don't think your response was rude. I mean, you can't marry your relative, and it's aggravating to have to decipher questions. Proper English doesn't seem to be important to many? What is our Country coming to? How Sad.

Ok, first of all it's not illegal to marry your cousin. Wierd maybe, but not illegal.
Your violation stems from telling the person to learn english before they ask questions.
