So, it's ok to lie to a grand jury if you are a professional baseball player?
Why can't we just insist people be honest and take responsibility for their actions.

awwww.... no one is allowed to point out that lying to a federal grand jury is grounds for prosecution, NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE????
I agree, there are more important things in society to worry about than lying to a grand jury, like the latest Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, or Britney Spears scrape with the law....

I think this is nowhere near the worst thing any of our taxes has gone towards...I can guarantee the Fed wastes more tax money on things a lot dumber than this.

Yes, our tax dollars help fund our legal system, but how is a legal system going to function efficiently if it does not have all the truth and is powerless to force individuals to give the truth?
