so should i give up on them or stick it out intell monday when they get in to the rehab center they finally fell asleep

I know that you're upset with your friends, dealing with people who have addictions is tough. For whatever reasons they've chosen you in asking for help. You have gotten them this far and this speaks well of your character. I think you're a stronger person than you let on. Strong, but frustrated, with a good dose of compassion.
Is there any way to get them into detox sooner rather than Monday? Depending upon what they're coming off of, they may need medical monitoring of their condition and in some cases barbiturate therapy to lessen the effects of withdraw and to prevent seizures. Rather than the Yahoo boards, I think you ought consider calling for professional help.
