I'll go over #1

3z/4 divided by 5x/7
you treat this just like any division of fractions problem. You keep what is to the left of the divided by sign and multiply by the inverse of what is to the right of the sign. This gives you

3z/4 * 7/5z multiplying numerators and denominators you get
21z/20z the z's cancel out to give you 21/20 which can also be stated as the mixed number 1 1/20
