Sorry, but the party is Democrat Party and not Democratic Party. They did it when they named it. Look it up!
And it is Republican Party after the fact that we live in a Republic and not a Democracy. No democracy has ever survived and never will. You cannot run a country that way. It cannot work.
Our founding fathers said, "We have given you a republic, if you can keep it." You must have gone to a public school...

So people will still believe all of the crap that they tell them...
we cannot undermine the authority of these individuals,
because it will loosen their grip on society and soften their potential power as an influence..
Also i think when they say Democratic it makes Democrats look too good, and they dont want that...
The only people who call it the democrat party are Republicans... any self-respecting Democrat would know better.
Why are people ignorant? thats my question..

You are incorrect. The party calls themselves Democrats, so they are the Democrat party. Democratic is a way to refer to a society that functions as a democracy. This is not, however, how you would refer to the name of their party.

Because it is rude to point out other peoples errors in grammar. Can you imagine a Bush press conference if reporters corrected his mistakes.
