No, he's following the traditions of the country he's visiting. When in Rome and all that.
Bush is a bad President for a lot of reasons, this picture isn't one of them. I don't think he's gay seeing he's married though that doesn't exactly stop other gay Republicans. I'll guess we'll never know for sure. My guess is he's not and my opinion is sexual preference is totally irrelevant politically.

It are his failed policies and arrogant behavior that make me dislike the guy
