I am looking at providing audio updates on my website instead of simply text. I need a host where I can upload them easily and use a player for my visitors to access the files on my website. Does anyone know of a website like that?

Unlimited bandwidth and storage size, definitely do NOT exist...
You have two choices:
- Pay LARGE amounts of money to an ISP, not so for the storage, but for the bandwidth: a server is connected to the web and has a large bandwidth that it shares with its clients. The more you want, the more you pay (and this is by the second).
- Set-up your own server.
This means that not only do you need a powerful machine running LAMP (Linux/Apache/MySQL/PhP), and a Telecom line with a large bandwidth.
The PC is cheap enough, and you can get as much storage as you can add hard drives.
The LAMP is cheap: it is free! (but you have to learn Unix/Linux!)
The bandwidth is the problem...
Subscribe to your telecom for a "2Mb" bandwidth, and you get 140kb UPLOAD (serving your clients: not even good enough to send music to ONE!)
To serve 50 simultaneous clients with music or (worse) video, you need an UPLOAD bandwidth of 50 x 200kb = 10Mb bandwidth.
Ask you phone/cable provider how much it will cost.
You WILL fall of your chair...
Good luck anyway...
