They use guilt to make you do things THEIR way. You may just need to re-evaluate your relationship. This negetive person is pulling you down and you seem stronger than that.

I have no idea why people feel the need to put others on a guilt trip, but it really p!sses me off! It makes me want to smack them upside the head with the bags I just packed for that "Trip."
Good Luck

You call it guilt trip I call it a con game. They will do whatever they can to con you into changing your mind and when you do they go back to their old selves. Don't fall for it.

I can relate, I broke up with my boyfriend because it just isnt working for me, he didnt want to, so he's trying to make me feel bad about it. I have to stand my ground, better now than months or years from now, right?

No one should have to change anything for someone other than themselves. Ever heard of unconditional love. You should focus on the positives and not the negatives.

You need to stand your ground when you know you have done everything you can. They try to change your mind because they want things to go their way. GOOD LUCK!!

because they know what they are about to lose or have lost once you took that stand. be strong, don't buy into it. my biggest problem with my relationship is i let him get away with everything and make me feel like crap for just going to the store.

In my own experience - Those people are jealous, don't like others to come up in life, ego type people, etc. Better not to share ideas or story to them and keep far from them for better not to fight.
