And why?
My choice would be Hillary Clinton.Because I would like to see if a woman can do this better.Plus she sounds like she knows what to do.

Barack Obama. My reasoning is: He hasn't been in the system for too long so he isn't corrupted by the government from what i know. He's done a great job for Illinois and i agree with all of his views.
My other choice, if it isn't Barack would have to be Dodd. he seems to be the only one that actually answers the questions in the debates.
i don't want:
- Hillary because i think she'd mother the country more than lead it.
-richardson because he's too self-promoting. ex. in one democratic debate, all he said was, "im the only ceo, im the only one that tried to talk to the republicans" too selfish in my opinion
-Kucinich, good views, not very convincing as a leader for me
-Edit: (forgot, John Kerry was the last election) Edwards, doesn't answer the debate questions, makes me think he has something to hide
-Biden....lol who?

I haven't decided yet. As for your choice while I respect your right to choose whoever you like in the elections you should really take a closer look at this woman. It appears you are prepared to vote for her simply because she is woman. What you don't appear to see is that she cannot tell a consistent story and changes her message constantly to suit whatever group she is speaking with at the time. This is not leadership and it is not decisive. In short what you would get with Hillary is a typical politician who would publically tell you what you want to hear while privately scheming up new ways to take more of your money in taxes. I would like to see a strong honest female candidate run for high office and I would have no problem voting for that person, but Hillary isn't her. Please do not misconstrue this as an insult, as it is not intended as such. It is merely a suggestion to be very careful about supporting this person simply because she is a woman.
Edit: Being in the lead a year before the election really means nothing. Remeber that in the last presidential election Kerry was barely a blip on the radar until Dean imploded. This election cycle began way too early and anything could happen in the next year.

Obama, he is a breath of fresh air. This country has been weighed down by corporate/big $ influence long enough. Obama will give the power back to the people. Hillary is a run of the mill, corrupt politician. Not to mention she cannot win against Giuliani in the general election. A vote for Hillary is a vote for 4 more years in Iraq and a Repub Pres. VOTE SMART!!

Rudy is my answer.
I feel sorry for you because Hillary, my choice for Democratic candidate, will never see the Oval Office except on a guided tour or to visit the next Republican President. Too much negatives first and if she continues answering questions the way she had Kerry will look like a man of strong convictions. (Kerry said "I voted for it, before I voted against it") , but don't worry she will be back in 2012 for another round with Edwards and the Martian guy.

YOU ARE A DISCRACE TO FEMALES EVERYWHERE..
Hillary pulls the female card out and you follow in comand without really seeing the issues we face in America and who can get the job done. If her plan is to get the troops out in 2013, then why vote democrat.
49% HATE HER.. and will not vote for her. VOTING FOR HER IS LIUKE VOTING REPUBLICAN
we need a Uniter.

Seriously you want to vote for Hilary because she is female? what about her politics and what she stands for (or waffles about)...are you only voting for her because she is a woman? Because honestly that is a waste of a vote!
edit: "she can get the job done"...do you know where she stands on the war, getting our troops out, healthcare, social security, the economy, taxes, education?

Al Gore, Im still bitter over 2000. I will always wonder how the past 8 years would have been without Dick Cheney and his chimp running the country.

She is too conservative and panders to the Republicans in the name of bipartisanship. You cant partner with warmongers, defenders of the rich, and torturers without becoming like my choice is Dennis Kucinich, who really has integrity and principles. If Hillary were to win she would be the least evil of a bad crew with the possible exception of Ron Paul.Of course we want females as President . Two great choices would be Rep Cynthia Mckinney or Cindy Shehan.

Please don't support Hillary just because she's a woman.
I don't like her because she is not reading the reports herself. She is not much different than Bush.
I support Dennis Kucinich and Ron Paul because we live in a great country and we should be doing much better. All or nothing is not something we should embrace. But that's how we are living now.
