It is none of the songs listed on the OC soundtrack for that episode - in fact, it doesn't seem to be a full song at all, just a start of tribal drums and a traditional Middle Eastern wail. My bet is that it's just a generic, stock recording of ethnic drums that the producers chose to use to emphasize the fact that Seth & Summer's sex life was taking a sudden turn towards the exotic...
