Hydrogen peroxide will remove any organic stain (food, blood, food related grease, etc.) You may want to spot-test it in an inconspicuous spot first but I've never had it bleach or fade any fabric. I first learned this trick getting stains out of carpet. Now I use it for everything; carpet, upholstery, and laundry! Just pour the peroxide on liberally and you'll see it start to bubble. It may take a couple of applications.

Rinse stain in cold water, spray some hairspray on it, rub with any WHITE bar soap, let sit for 5 minutes, then handwash the stain. Works with ink also.

If it's washable, go with StainStick- that gets pretty much everything out, and won't harm your fabrics at all! Apply, and leave on for a couple of days- it works on my kids' clothes, and believe me, they are MESSY kids! If not, send it to the cleaners, they can remove things you wouldn't believe!
