I believe there should be a program institute that requires people to have a license to have a child. Failure to comply is jail time and being fixed. There are so many people out there who shouldnt have kids. Great example thats in the media right now is Britney Spears and Kfed.
Often time its these same people who shouldnt have had kids in the first place that like to place the blame elsewhere when their kids do something wrong like commit murder. Example columbine massacre one of the parents of the children that commited that horrible crime claimed they didnt know what their child was doing in the garage for hours on end. Hello its your house your child and you dont know what they are doing? Unfit parent. Then others that blame video games and music. BS I play violent video games I listen to all types of music It doesnt make me want to go out and kill people or commit robberies.
Its a privilege not a right to have kids.

Oh dearie, this question tickled me so much that I just had to answer.
I think it would be great if all parents were fit parents, and 100% of all children born were wanted. How sad that this not yet the case.
Thank goodness there are childless couples and LGBT couples to adopt all those unwanted, cast-off children, I say!

i totally agree with you, their are too many people in this world, and to many idiots creating idiot kids. you need a license to drive a car, a license to carry a gun, but any idiot can whip their pants down and make a child? make a whole nother life? Many people abuse their kids and do horrible things, and the children live horrible lives because they had stupid parents.
