yes all the time. I do it and don't know that I am until they hurt so bad that I almost have to hold them above my heart to keep it from throbbing where I've bit them in the quick. I hate this habit. I have done it all of my life. I used to wear artificial nails until i decided it was a waist of money. I clicked them on my teeth all the time. Now I just glue nails on when I am going to a special occasion. My nails are so short that as all I have left is the white part of the moon on the back of the nail bed. Ugly is the word for it. I get asked if I have had my fingers chopped off. I wish I could stop today, right now. Best of luck to you too. 43 and still biting.

I used to chew on my fingernails, but I completely stopped that habit in 1992, which was my senior year in High School.

Yes, all the time, it's an annoying habit, but I have a deep fear of accidentally catching one and ripping it off or it breaking, so I keep them short.
Before you ask, I don't carry nail scissors with me, thts why I bite 'em.

It's a bad habit, but with all the germs, etc MRSA going around now a days....try to stop....

No I dont . I actually dont like the feeling of biting my nails. It gives me a creepy feeling.

i don't bite them, but i do pick at them. i'm not sure, i've been doing it for as long as i can remember, well i've stopped for the most part, but it was only in the past couple years! my dad does it too though, so i'm sure i got it from him
