Eighteen is 100% legal. I got mine at 25, with no problem, and I am not married, nor do I have children. My college room-mate got his at 21.

You might have to go to a not-for-profit clinic, and pay cash. My room-mate said that he told them he already had kids. I didn't, and they gave me no problem about it.

He also told me that many doctors are jerks and therfore will refuse you for thier own personal reasons. They have the right to refuse anyone.

You are making the right choice.

I was not successful at 18 due to policies enforced by "Planned Parenthood". I tried two other places and was given the same nonsense.

I didn't try again until I was 21. I went to a non-profit clinic, and paid cash. I told them I was 23, and already had children. They asked no questions and gave me what I wanted. I am very happy with it (that was 20 years ago).

Keep in mind that you are effectively removing yourself from much of the dating pool until your late 30's. Few young women want to date men that have had vasectomies.

Even at 40 only 1 in 5 women do not want children. You are cutting yourself off from dating 80% of the women in the USA.

first off, Kind Diamond is sick ash metal, so props....
secondly, there are a lot of guys that do get vasectomy's at an early age...it's really ur decision but if you don't want to have kids then go for it...i think they're reversable anyways...

Why are you so afraid of having kids sometime in the future? Once you get clipped, the chances of getting it successfully reversed are 60-40 against you. No girl/women that wants a family in the future will stay with you once then know. Keep it a secret you say? Wait until kid-time arrives and you finally tell them. You'll wish your were honest up front.

Double bag and play it extra safe when in the sack.

No one will do it on you, so there is no point in asking that question!
