first off, before i begin, i am posting this question here b/c i need mature, serious answers...i made the mistake of putting it first on singles/dating and only got one reponse and i would a little more opinions please, so here i go. So i ask, what does it mean when a guy tell you that "we have great chemistry together"? This is how it started, i signed up on an obnline dating site and he was first to mail me. We started talking to one another and everything was great! The conversations we had and still have on the phone, through mails and texts brighten my day and he makes me feel so comfortable talking to him, like i have known him all my life. i have been in serious relationships before, but the way this guy makes me feel can not compare to the way i felt for the ones in the past, it's pretty ironic. The problem lies here, he lives in southern alabama and i live in southern louisiana, so what is dividing us is roughly a lil over 100miles. He tells me time and time again that the

distance doesn't matter to him and he feels too much of a strong connection between us to even think about not trying to work something out. He also said that "if its are will to be together, then through all lengths, in the end, we will be, and it's been worth the wait" Getting to know him through the inside first and learning his personality draws me towards him even more, and i do know what he looks like, so thats an even bigger plus! He has a great job and a great heart and it just seems to me that i may have actually found my better half, or then again, he found me, but there's 2 states dividing us. So what does it mean, "great chemistry" and everything else he said to me, what is the answer community's suggestions on this one?

he works as an investor in real estate so his job can pretty much take him anywhere. he is willing to relocate if things turn out the way we hope for them to. He is such a great guy and thank all of you for your opinions and thoughts!

When he says you two have great chemistry, this is what he means.

The conversations we had and still have on the phone, through mails and texts brighten my day and she makes me feel so comfortable talking to her, like i have known her all my life.

A hundred miles is nothing. Thats less than a two hour drive. What are you waiting for?

Chemistry in person usually means sex drive, baby. In ethernet lingo it could mean you do not know him at all and he might be one of those serial murderers waiting for a little fly to enter into his web using sweet words. Think about it ..for all you really know , girl..he is married with five kids and is sitting home with a broken leg or something and is bored to death and is using the internet to talk trash until he can go back to work.

Find a guy right where you live where you can SEE HIM..where you can SEE his life... where you can SEE there is NO wife or girlfriend or fiancee out there...where you can KNOW his family and see how they all treat each other.

Join some local charity organization where you can meet a nice man in person.

Sounds like you guys should meet up however maybe you should bring another couple with you to be safe and go on a double the first couple of times that you meet up, if he is trustworthy he wont mind you doing that, it will mean he doesn't have bad intentions for you! Better safe than sorry and I hope it works out for you!

Chemistry is saying that you two have something between you two that is working and feels good I hope that helps some

I feel that it is time you go away together and get to really know each other up close and personal, Please don't get me wrong I am not saying have sex, I mean get to really know each other's likes and dislikes, Because my boss did the same thing and when they meet it was really bad he was not out-going, he was very boring... so just be careful ok
But I think it would be great, and maybe both of you should relocate somewhere in between... good luck

Great chemistry is just a way of saying that you two seem to work or fit well together. Be cautious though because unless you actually spend face time with someone and really get to know them you are likely to get surprised. I am sure you already know this though. Just don't committ yourself to something like this if you aren't sure.

When he said "great chemistry", he's trying to say you are a match! He likes you and he is willing to have a long-distance relationship with you and pursue the relationship.

100 miles is nothing I had more than 9000 miles relationship and we were able to work it out and we end-up together. takes a lot of work and money but if he's the one... GO for it!!!!

it means you have great chemistry. now ask him if he's willing to change jobs and move near you or if he would like you to move near him. or make plans to date long distance for a while and see where it goes. if he's not willing to do any of those things then just forget it.

I think what YOU described about how you feel talking to him is what constitutes "great chemistry".

Way to deep! KISS (keep it simple stupid)
It simply means he likes you, and you like him. don't over analyze.
