yea, basically. The investigation has gone on for 4 years which to me was too long for this type of crime. Additionally, had they completed this investigation prior to now and gotten an indictment prior to now, Selig could have suspended Bonds and preserved Aaron's HR record until Bonds was either cleared or convicted.

besides the actuality that there would not seem any actual records to returned it up, it particular looks that yawning is contagious. i've got by no skill considered people stand up to it if somebody else in the room yawns.

It was to be expected sooner or later. It's pretty much a nonissue at this point in time. Somehow someway he'll get off and not face much if any jailtime at all.
