so if im just a starter and want to buy clothes a cheap price and have no tax id to purchase, can i still purchase a discounted price? and where are the location to go and do they only cash money only? and also the safe place... And last but not least also where they sale jeans, jackets, accessories, and more cool stuff with name brands, i mean cheap...

You can't. Why not just spend $120 or so to get a business license and do it leagally? Wholesalers are easy to find but the prices vary. They only sell to businesses.

most places require that you have a wholesale license because they want to make sure that you are purchasing for resale. But there are a few companies who do wholesale to the public. I haven't found a place to get namebrand items very cheap. Some places take credit cards, and cod orders.

Straight away go to your town's wholesale market, but remember to avail of the facility as wanted by you, purchase must be in lots only.

you're able to get ripped off of get pretend merch. I recommend going to a thrift shop close to a ritzy community or plato's closet.. Or attempt T.J. Maxx, they sell dressmaker labels greater inexpensive.
