Sometimes one has to be cerebral about making business related decisions, because the HOF is for big names in WWE pro wrestling and not the husband/father of the year award.. Chris Benoit practically lived to wrestle and I am sure he cared more about wrestling than his family so why not mention such an over-achiever among other successful names..
I am 100% sure that Chris Benoit will NOT be inducted into the WWE HOF, I am aware of that..

Very interesting Question...very hard desicion...
As a wrestling fan and not realted to Benoit..i want him to be inducted in the Hall of Fame just because what he did in the ring not outside.That's why the HOF exists..to iduct awesome athletes and wrestlers ..not personalities..just gimmicks and skills...
But for the scenario you just put up i have two answers(actually one..but..)
The one is to be pissed on him and admit that he was a legend and he needs to be inducted in the HOF only for his work in the ring..
However,the main scenario and opinion i would have supported if she was my sister is that i would have been so pissed and angry on him that it could be no way to made me said to be inducted...If i was related(sister),i would have been angry to him in my whole life...
It depends on which side and view anyone will see it...
As a regular wrestling fan though..i believe that Chris Benoit is indeed a legend and he needs to be in HOF..no matter what he did...

wow,well thought of man,in every wrestling fan's eyes benoit is hof material but i dont think he will coz wwe has distanced themselves from him.they dont even mention anything bout him or his name but i think he is inducted into the wrestling observer hof
