is it possible to have a positive pregnancy test less than one month after concieving?

on the ultrasound my baby looked smaller, younger they said (doctor)so they switched the due date on me. i have a feeling i just have a small baby. they are saying i got my positive test 3 weeks after conception. i dont know

Yes, it's possible. A lot of women get their results back just 2 weeks later.

This time I got a postive 5 days before my period was due.

yes it is possible to get a positive three weeks after conception, most people test two weeks after
