to find the dns and ip address of the computer you are using, go to start->run type cmd and when the window opens, type
ipconfig /all
this will give you all that info. if cmd isn't giving you the cmd prompt window, go to start-all programs-accessories-command prompt.
If you want to know the public address your router is getting, then it depends on the router, but you can always go to whatismyipaddress.com to get that ip

if this doesn't work open notepad and type this:

cd \
ipconfig /all>ipconfig.txt

and save this to your desktop as something.bat
double click this on the desktop and look in C:\ and you will see a file called ipconfig.txt that will have the info you need

Right click on our connection icon in the notification area, then click on Status, and then click on the Support tab.

Your IP address will be listed, and your DNS server will be under Default Gateway.

Try clicking on the Repair option when you right click your connection icon in the notifcation tray, or on the Support tab in the Status dialog box you just viewed.

If this doesn't work, then I would suggest you contact your Rouers manufacturers technical support, or your ISP support.

Good luck and have a nice day.

Whats My Dns

In the source you can find the best option to get criminal records. It is important to keep in mind that a free background check on the Internet will only take you so far and also that some companies may only update their information periodically therefore you may be looking at information that is no longer relevant (such as an address for example). Before beginning a search on someone else consider doing one on yourself to see what information you come across. Is the information accurate or not?

How To Find My Dns

2016-12-14 08:37:22 · answer #5 · answered by forester 4 · 0 0

I just recently tried https://tr.im/XZ2zm last month to see if I could track down my birth-parent. My bio father left me when I was 8, and has refused to contact me since. I grew up with my biological Mother and Step-father. I have only ever talked to my biological dad a couple times till recently. All I knew of him personally when I conducted the search was his full name, and the state of a previous address he used to have.
When the results came back based on the minimal info I had, It pulled up a current address even his phone number. When I called the phone no., I heard the voice of what sounded like it may be my step-brother. I asked if Joseph(my bio father) was present, and he said no but to try back after 7.
I haven't done anything with the info since, But yeah I found what I was interested in.

>>> Some background check services work, while others do not. My daughter in law used the ECheck one spoken of by the "Anonymous" Detective guy on here. That worked great, she discovered all types of information about a prospective husband that altered the course of her relationship. It helped her to avoid making what would have been a terrible life decision. As for me, I am one of the HR heads at a well-known firm. Our firm is one which relies heavily upon good public relations, so I also use https://tr.im/8b409 on a regular basis to weed out potential bad apples. My primary function at our firm is hiring and reviewing resumes.

Cheers!

Use the DNS your ISP assigns to you, or check your router's WAN status to find out what it is. Any computer using DHCP from a router (or ISP), will list the DNS in the ipconfig/all command, use that value for the xbox...

We all live in a world were uncertainty follows us wherever we go. Would you like the chance to minimize uncertainty? Be comfortable with your surroundings? Be assured your neighborhood is safe? All of these things can be solved through eVerify, a criminal background check tool. It isn't spying if you are concerned about your safety and your family's safety. You should have the accessibility to find out who is living in your neck of the woods and who is coaching your child's sport team. There is nothing more important than our families https://tr.im/DJLvG

Check that your network connection is set to obtain all it's tcp/ip configuration automatically. You do not say if the router ever worked, so it is difficult to help.
