No but i did need to trust my trusty best mate when the fresh air hit me she was more interested in the guy still in the bar im suprised i didnt brake my nose that night, i think i cracked the pavement though

No, I have never had to brandish my side-arm in a life threatening situation...although I did draw it out and rack the slide rather noticeably once, to get a tail gator to back off, worked great!
Got my Glocks G27 & G22!
Oh wait! I did have to point it at a neighbor's dog chasing my wife & 3 year old daughter, so I guess so! "Yes".
