what should be the correct page settings for getting the correct margin...
does is depend anyway on inserting of the paper...

calibrate your printer using the calibration software that you get along with your printer and it should do........

The margin size on word is dependent on the printer.
If you set the margines to zero, Word should automatically reset the margines to the values required by the printer.
