In my english class, I have to write a sonnet about someone in the class. She just gave us our assignment and didn't give us an opportunity to ask permission from someone. We have to present these and have the class guess who it is about. My problem is that I dont know anyone in the class well enough to write a poem about them. I dont want to embarrass myself or anyone else. Should I just write this about myself?

U should just ask someone for permission to write about them and then get to know them better so that u can write well about them. That way you would earn both a good grade and a new friend!
