Does Ted Rogers plan on having the taxpayers pay for the building to move the Bills to Toronto? Or does he plan on paying for NFL worthy building out of his pocket?

The city will not pay for a new stadium. They're broke. Rogers got his gift when he bought the SkyDome for a song. IF the Bills move, which I highly doubt, Ted will have to do some smooth talking and dig real deep in his own pockets for a new stadium.

Moot point. The only place that will be getting a new NFL stadium and team is LA.

Toronto can get in line behind San Antonio, Sacramento, Austin, North Carolina (Charlotte or Raleigh-Durham or Greensboro - Winston-Salem - High Point), Louisville, Memphis, Mexico City, etc.

I think the NBA ref scandal and the NHL Tochett/Gretzky fiasco will probably put an end to any hope of putting a team in Las Vegas.

I would suspect he would attempt to hold the huge business potential an NFL franchise would bring to Toronto as hostage in an attempt to get local governments to bring the cash...

oh wait...technically, we're the government, aren't we? Hmmm...well, if I had a choice, he wouldn't win that attempt and would have to take the team to LA or San Antonio to get such.
