I think the white dial looks very classic. Good luck & Happy Holidays. 2D

Neither of these watches is appropriate for a stockbroker. If someone is a janitor in a stockbroker's office, either will do. These watches are too complicated and sporty for the very dressy Wall Street look. (Here in San Francisco, Montgomery Street is the "Wall Street of the West", so I dress like Wall Street stockbrokers.) I am wearing a watch that is better. It is a gold Tiffany & Co. "Classic" hand-wound wristwatch with black crocodile skin strap that displays hours, minutes and seconds. I may also wear dress watches with hours and minutes only with Wall Street suits. I am wearing a nearly black suit with white pinstripes, white shirt and maroon Ivy League tie. This is proper for wall Street or Montgomery Street. Chronograph watches are not. Basic ones are proper.

I'd go with the black dial. Provides a bit of contrast with the chrome band and your white/light colored dress shirts that you'd typically wear.

I like the black dial, it's very casual, but I wouldn't pick that style its just seems like is not for a person who works in a place like you.
