Well, you can do subflooring or some sort, using the subfloor for added wires OR for a solar water heated floor (see the soucre below) and also consider hybrid lights.
Add extra electrical outlets, because as computers have pushed 50 year old college dorm electrical systems to the limit, a future house will have new conveniences.
Green technology is expensive, but interesting, but people want to be able to use the normal stuff to.
There was some sort of contraption out at one point where you could put bulky things into a bag and deflate the bag so blankets could be stored in small places, which could be built into a laundry room.
That's all I can come up with off of the top of my head. I suggest doing research on celebrity houses, with the by room temperture controls that know who's in them and what temperture they like.

Go for solar energy. You can get (if in the UK) a £2500 gov grant to help buy the system. Your electricity bills will be less and you'll have all the hot water you need on a sunny day. This is the way of the future and you'll watch your clock run backwards.... really worth the investment. Check it out!!! You'll also be helping the enviroment and saving money.

Well, I'm not that much of a techno nerd, so I'm not going to be of great help here. However, I would like to warn you that, if you proceed with this 'dream house' you will probably never recoup the investment from all these assorted novelties you desire.
While you may plan to 'live in this dream home FOREVER', reality many times dictates otherwise.
Just a FYI.
