Should presidential candidates made to reveal their policies before an election, or do you prefer surprises?

I would love full disclosure of what the politicians plan once they secure the office they seek. Have we seen that lately? NO!

The election would arrive before hillary presented to policies on all issues.

I could never vote for someone unless I knew their stance on all the issues and I think most voters would agree with me.
