Try some two part epoxy.

There are a few types to choose from so it depends on what part you are trying to repair. Check the packaging to help you choose the best type for the job.

All depends on what the plastics are. Some glues work on some plastics and not on others. If the phone and the stand are the same plastic, you stand a chance, - if not, I don't give much chance of them sticking together. Try a good hardware store and check the small print on each type of glue carefully. You may have to try several types before you find the right one

Araldite is better suited to something where it can get a good grip. For smooth plastics you need a cyanacrolate adhesive (most superglues are cyanacrolate) but you're looking for one that has an activator.

I use scoth weld by 3M, and it's the daddy, makes regular superglue look like cheese.

you can try a hobby store in your area they have all different kinds of glues there, if not you could always try gorilla glue it works for everything pretty much, just be careful with it

'Araldite' - avialable at all decent DIY and car parts shops.

Araldite will glue almost anything but it take a while to set.
