thought it might have been crabs but i cant find any red marks or lice on my skin. what could it be ? help!

Shower more often, and use some lotion down there to treat try skin.

for the proper production of male sperm it has to be kept at a certain temperature and the testes are kept at the temp by the drop away from your body at times or the need to be closer it is the sweating needed to keep the temp stable that produces the tinky and the itchy Im 67 and proud that I still gt an itch now and then ~~

There is another possible cause......
If you don't release your sperm regularly you discharge them during wet dreams. But in some guys some of the excess sperm actually seep out through the skin of your scrotum. I only learned this the other day from a reliable source, even though I'm 60.
