If implantation has already happened, that means the 5-10 days has already gone post ovulation. You can test in couple of days with early response test (First Response) as HcG should already be present in your urine if you are pregnant, or you can wait for your AF date and test then.

It should be positive 10-14 days after for sure.. and try and take the early response test..
and make sure to take the test first thing in the morning, thats when the pregnancy hormone is the strongest!!
Otherwise you can go to your doctor and have a blood test done.. and then you will know for sure!!

You can test positive 7-10 days (by blood work from your Md) or 14+ days if using a hpt
