Do the hard-core adjusted Adkins diet:

Breakfast-Bacon (as much as you want)
Lunch-Lite Smoked Sausage with Tabasco (again, as much as you want)
Dinner-Diet Coke and Whiskey (you guessed it-as much as you can drink before passing out)

I've lost 25 pounds in the last 3 months on this diet.

Celery. I could be wrong on this, but I seem to remember hearing or reading that it's so low in calories that the act of chewing and swallowing it burns more than you're consuming by eating it. (Don't quote me on that though...)

i beg to differ from the first answerer.
rice and potatoes are very very very fattening as they're loaded with carbo!
you cant eat alot but NEVER gain weight.
unless you will exercise as well...
vege and fruit with low sugar content would be good.
when i'm on a diet, i'll cook myself kimchi soup!
some miso paste, kimchi, tofu, shitake and golden mushroom and naruto(japanese fishcake) and a heap of greens which i like.
it's yummy~!
