In fact nobody ever attacked America. What happend on Sep11 was just a criminal act of just regular criminals who were members of a criminal group located in the Middle East having no legitimate status as an international organization. Yes, they were muslims. And what? There are a lot of crazy people in any religion. There are a lot of criminals in the US who kill people, kill children, violate women and kids everyday. How many people are killed by criminals in the US? How many ppl are killed in US a year. Thousands of them are killed every year. 9/11 was possible because Home Security did not their job. Period. It is not a secret anymore. Why blame Islam? Why blame other countries and invade other sovereign countries, create chaos in their lands, kill millions of people and children?

I did not say Americans blame Islam. I said "why blame Islam". I do not care if someone hates me or someone else. Ppl hate each other sometimes - nothing new. One thing is hating someone and the other is making decisions for the president behind which may be millions of innocent ppl lives and deaths. How many ppl have been in Iraq? And how many lives have been destroyed in Iraq? With this to say that a lot of ppl in Iraq have no life now. I live drink eat have sex work relax. What about Iraqi ppl who have nothing exept fear for their lives and their children. Think of it. And remember they had nothing to do with Abama. That is why I think Bush is a criminal and should pay for all hes done.

To sum it up in one word "Revenge".The US did what the terrorists wanted in the first place.Osama Bin Laden declared war on the US in the late 90`s.The US did not go to war,so he had to get Americans mad enough to attack. The invasion of Iraq has justified his cause for some people and now there are thousands of terrorists instead of few hundred

No question that we were attacked. But....

Answers like: "We had to do something"
and
"Except those "criminals" were backed by the government of a country which makes that country liable".

If these statements were true, then why didn't we attack Saudi Arabia where the terrorists (and OBL) had hailed from? Do you ever wonder why the Saudi's are always immuned? You can't ignore the fact that even Cheney finally admitted the Iraq and Al-Q are not related. He HAD to admit it because the connection just CAN NOT be made.
I cringe when I hear people talk about how we're defending ourselves when we attacked Iraq. Iraq was marked way before the attacks on the US.

True. No easily discernable socio-political entity / nation attacked the US. Al Qaeda (and other terrorist organizations) represent a tiny minority of extremists.

What happened on 9/11 was the act of criminals with a political agenda... terrorists.

Why do Americans blame Islam? They don't. Certainly, not all of them. It appears that all Americans blame Islam for 9/11 for the same reason that you think all Americans blame Islam: Natural human nature. Why do people say rotweilers are dangerous dogs? Most of them make wonderful family pets. However, they, as a group, are responsible for a disproportionate number of severe dog bites. Accordingly, people tend to conclude that rotweilers are dangerous.

Yes. Religious and political extremists of all kinds commit terrorist acts. However, in recent history, a disproportionate number of them have been committed by those claim to act under the banner of Islam. Accordingly, the simple reaction is to blame Islam, much your simple reaction is to concur that Americans as a whole blame Islam and desire to invade sovereign nations and kill people.

On a more practical basis, when you see thousands (if not hundreds of thousands) of people (who happen to be Muslim) cheering in the streets when Americans die, it is extremely difficult not to conclude that members of Islam are interested in killing Americans. What do you do when you know someone wants you dead? You defend yourself as best you can.

Frankly, 9/11 or no, it is rediculous to expect not to have your *** kicked when you repeated express your hate for someone else right to their face. The populations of many Middle-Eastern nations take great joy and talking **** about Americans and rejoicing in their suffering/death. Accordingly, as an American, should I not take satisfaction in watching our armed forces bomb them back into the Stone Age?

Lets see.. A terrorist is someone who creates terror due to personal or religious beliefs... They attack people who don't believe in their theories and attempt to force their beliefs on another person by using scare tactics and force.. In Iraq we are doing what? Hmmmmmmmmm could that make us one of them? Or is it because WE think we are right with OUR theories so it's ok? WAIT... don't they believe just as strong about their beliefs? Hmmmmmmm I'm so confused now of what we are then.

Not saying 911 was ok and god bless the people and families of the ones who lost their lives to such a terrible tragedy, But Stop the war now and bring our troops home period! We are no better then the ones who did this to us and it's time we stop ALL terror... even the terror we are creating.

Here is your problem, you blame America first and feel that we deserved an attack. The truth of the matter was that Al Qaeda is an international organization that was harbored by the Taliban in Afghanistan. How do you prosecute people who are not from America, in absentia? LIberals always try and say that America is at fault. "Homeland security didnt do their job". Homeland security was not founded until after 9/11. You are trying to justify one bad action with another, you are wrong.

(sigh)

the Islamofascists [not that they think of themselves as fascists, just as "true believers"] probably regard you as a useful xxxxx.

Unfortunately, Al-Queda does no thave the same aims as any ordinary criminal gang. They're after political power, not your money. {Acquiring money follows gaining power, as any Russian could tell you in a moment.}

When they're after political power over us using violent means, that, by definition, is a war.

***
the issue with other Muslims is condoning the use of violence against others. If they regard it as acceptable when the likes of Al-Queda does it to non-Muslims, then we have an issue.

Our society holds the right to be different and to be secure in your difference from violence sacred. We conclude that anyone, whether individual or group, who uses violence against others who are peaceful because of their differences is racist and guilty of hate crimes at best, or an armed adversary at worst.

The ancient Romans banned religions that were intolerant of others. I suspect they were wiser than we.

in line with probability they suspect in leaving drowsing dogs lie. all of us who hasn't been self absorbed the final 40 years is familiar with that invading different international locations that have not attacked you in basic terms gets an prolonged pointless dedication which will in basic terms bypass badly. properly whata ya know they have been top those french adult males, woulda thunk it? this isn't any longer that bush gets criticized this is how frequently on maximum of diverse matters he's criticized and bush's refusal to admit he exchange into incorrect and then learn from the errors makes this function new in a president and it seems to be one he could desire to sell off right this moment.

smoke another one ahmed. then how did bush get osama to claim it? you really should go to the entertainment section if you are not going to take the time to be informed about the subject on which you are commenting. not one statement has any facts to back it up. just ramblings from ignorant people that present their opinions as factual evidence. crazy. go kool-aid, oh yea.
