Everytime I do a project and have to present it in front of class I get really nervous and I cant breathe I end up hyperventilating I have 2 to present today is there anyone that can help or any suggestions?!

I did four years of speech competition in highschool, have taken a bunch of classes, and have given multiple presentations...

All of those places you go and people you talk to will give you different answers. I'm sorry to say that there is no magic way to make it work for everyone.

I can tell you what works for me. I always put my emotions into my speech. I take all of that nervous energy and let it out in how I speak.
It can be hard depending on the type of speech. Its easiest when you're speaking about something you believe in. You can't really express your emotions too much when you're presenting your project to a class about computers... unless you're a real nerd (I am sometimes).

Just be ready when you go out there and don't even think about what you're doing (speaking to others), think about what you are saying and how you are saying it. Make people understand why what you are saying is important by how you say it.
