Persuasive and charismatic and self serving. Few enter the profession for the purpose of helping people in trouble. Or for the sake of seeing justice served. There are some, but they are very few indeed.

I love lawyer jokes as well as anyone, but I want to take this one seriously. I've known a few lawyers and more than a few people pursuing law degrees...

The biggest thing is the ability to talk. Even if you can't think straight, if you can speak well, you can win people.
A good, passionate, stirring speech can overcome a good deal of logic.

[No lawyer hasn't lie because they can't tell the truth all the time.]
-Sweet talker.
[Getting the approval of the jury and the judge.]
-Has a Charisma or really look more superior and Commanding and Credible.
[Easier favors from the judge and the jury.]
