My aunt and Uncle are vegetarians. We have thanksgiving at there house every year. They cook a turkey for us, and then they eat all of the traditional sides! Sometimes for Christmas, we cook a vegitable lasagna!

I don't eat meat but there is always so much food that I get full anyway. You can always make all the traditional food minus the turkey. If you need a main course, try making eggplant parm or something like that.
