I am going to make a vegetarian thanksgiving lunch. What should I make. I dont know where to start since Im use to the traditional turkey.

I usually make the Tofurky feast, which comes with gravy, wild rice stuffing, and cranberry apple dumplings. Be sure to keep the dumplings frozen until you're ready to boil them or they'll fall apart.

I also like to make a nice pumpkin stew with winter squash such as butternut squash. You can also use pie or sugar pumpkin. This year I'm making Three Sisters Stew, which is made from corn, beans and squash. Be sure to select a well-rounded recipe which contains a wide variety of vegetables and some protein. Typically I stick mine in the crock pot in the morning, but if you're doing your Thanksgiving as a lunch, you may want to set it up the night before on low.

I'm sorry but I've got to have my meat. But a lot of the side dishes don't include meat so there should be plenty for you. Good luck and Happy Thanksgiving. 2D
