step and say something about this. the story in saudi arabia wheere a woman was raped and SHE got 6 months in jail and 200 LASHES. all for being in the car with a man who was not a relative or her husband. this is also the law system that radical muslims want for the world. will they,N.O.W., take a position on this?

N.O.W. takes positions on everything, whether they should or not.

The particular case you are speaking of it attrocious, so I could see why they should get worked up, but what can they really do?

NOW and the other groups like it don't have any influence outside of the US and certain other Western countries, they would just waste their time trying to pressure the Saudis.
Maybe if they pressured the US gov to pressure the Saudis, but that's assuming the US wants to press a point on something that is so small compaired to other issues.
