GWB, by his own admission doesn't even think about Bin Laden anymore and it got him elected again. He also disregarded the health and wellness of American children when he vetoed the health care bill expanding their coverage. So, please stop with the rhetoric because we could go tit for tat all day long and this does nothing to solve anything.

It's not a question of SAYING you're sorry. "Repentance" means "re-thinking"; the point is that we have to learn to think differently about what we do. Saying you're sorry is only a start. Even saying you won't do it again is only a start. Even keeping to that promise is only a start. Fear of punishment is irrelevant. True repentance involves actually understanding that one's wrong actions are evil, and wanting to stop being the sort of person who does them. Anyone can SAY they're sorry; it's what's in their heart that matters. Obviously, I can't tell you for certain what was in bin Laden's heart--or Hitler's, or Mussolini's, or Nero's, or anybody else's. But God can: if God were to accept bin Laden into salvation, I would have to accept that what I hated about bin Laden was, with God's help, no more. To refuse to forgive what God has forgiven is to set ourselves over God, after all--a thing from which we, if so tempted, ought also to repent.

Whatever happened between Bill and her should be personal. I wouldnt care if she forgave him or not. She would not compromise her career in an unethical practice to get elected. Bush cheated in our election, no one cares about that, huh?

No she wouldn't. Everybody else in the world forgives their degenerate husbands for worse crap, so why should she be any different? Everybody is just riding her hard because she is a woman and because of Bill Clinton, who was a fantastic president regardless of what happened with him and Monica Lewinsky. If she becomes President, everyone is going to nickpit or blame her for everything she does even though Bush is the one who screwed up. I give it to her for wanting to be President at this time because she has a hell of a mess to clean up.

Well she has sold her Senate vote to China!

Edit: Elana she voted for the war and continues to support it. She is no different than Bush, both are egotistical, greedy, self centered basturds.

wow.. are you republican? I'm just curious because it would be hilarious if you considered yourself a part of the moral majority on one hand and on the other condemn her for sticking through the tough times in a marriage.
