Yes. Nouns = names of places, people, things, ideas. Hard to speak or write without them.

duh!!!! YES!!!!!!!!!....... i mean, all the things we deal with in daily life- people, places, comodites.....................in fact, almost everything in this earth has a name. specific name= noun. so obviously we do deal with a lot of nouns on a regular basis.
