You have to make it perfectly clear that what you are selling are replicas. If you try to pass them off as the real thing you can get into big trouble.

Here in Puerto Rico we had the case of the tv personality Maripily who did sell copies of LV and she had to go to court and face the charges.
You have to have permission from the owner/fabricator first to sell the real item. A license from your state (if this applies) to sell the items and a document that states that the purses are replicas and they will have to be sold for a lesser price than the real ones. If you are to sell replicas, make sure that they are capable of taking a lot of wear and tear because some can break with just minor useage.

Yes it is.They do it alot in New York but every so often the police find out and raid where the replicas are being sold and arrest the merchant and sometimes the consumer.You can sell them but just know it is illegal and if you get caught trying to sell them you can get arrested.

don't tell the people that it is the real thing, you could get in trouble and if you have futher questions ask the company of the real people and see if you can sell there replicas

no, its still a trademark, they can sue you.
