You can do it on why kids should be allowed to have cell phones. Is it a right or a privilege? The reasons for having or not having one. Then you can make up a rap song.

Even if your topic is not on music or rock and rap music, you can add that special touch to your essay and/or presentation by writing a rap song that fits your topic.

Five minute presentation seems like a long time, but it will go by really quickly. So it's a good idea to organize your thoughts and pick the important things to talk about. I suppose you can talk for 4-minutes and then end with a rap song. The song will leave a lasting impression on your teacher and your peers. This way the song will tie together what you have said in a creative way that you can call your own. Your presentation will definitely be unique.

Hope this helps!

The best pursuasive speeches a person can make are things that they feel strongly about.
Do shy away from anything too controversial, but a good speech needs something with a little controversy, or its no pursuading anyone.

So, in the topic of music...
How about convincing them to listen to your favorite piece? If you love it, you can tell people why.
How about convincing people to listen to music more. There are a lot of studies of the effect music has on the body and mind.

Just find something that you can believe and love and talk about it. If its something you care about, they will know and that will move them.

Stay away from topics on religion, politics and sexuality! Music is great but I would try to go with something that does not have so many genres I think it would be harder to persuade a country music listener that rap is cool!!

You could try to persuade your audience that rap music has social messages and political themes and that it isn't just a bunch or cursing. Try to find some rap quotes about social injustice, poverty, or politics. Good luck.
