if you really listen,, if you want to know them..you will learn in time, unless they are a closed off, emotionless robot..then it gets harder, but it's still possible.

We, ourselves, are sometimes "another person" to us!
How many times have we wondered by the way we feel, our thoughts and actions as if "this, was not me!".
So, it is very natural that people around us change. Their basic characteristics and values remain, but all those details that define our every day life, alter by time and consequences. This, for me, is the magic of getting to know people. We must always wait for small surprises or small challenges from their part. So, we never lose interest!!!

I don't think so. I sometimes feel like my head is exploding when I try long enough to figure out how it would be to be someone I know, to think that persons thoughts.... o.O Scary.

I think if you really are interested in that person and pay attention not just to what they say...but their eyes and body language..then yeah you can really know that person.

That's a tough one. Because you can know someone for years, and never REALLY know them. If you know their background, their family & friends, spend a lot of time with them, and they are open & honest with you. I think the chances are a little better . . .
